Act as a reliable and grounded key stakeholder in the success of the project,
Master the industry knowledge by having a thorough understanding of the solutions Linksoft provides, both business-wise and technology-wise,
Have excellent knowledge of the platform capabilities and technical operations such as customizations, configurations, data modeling and understand the implications of technical decisions,
Become and act as a trusted advisor for the client,
Excellently manage resources in order to obtain efficient coordination between the client and the allocated team and offer optimal effort estimations,
Be proactive in performing upsell and cross-sell,
Develop POC (proof-of-concept) and Presales presentations, as well as advanced training on our solutions,
Offer mentorship to newer or less experienced professionals in our company,
Show empathy, assertiveness, diplomacy, and negotiation skills in your communication to multiple stakeholders.
