Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in sourcing for IT roles
Proficiency in understanding IT profiles and global IT market
MS Office knowledge
Logical and details oriented
Ability to organize and prioritize the recruitment projects
Very good listener with excellent communication skills
Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Enjoy offering the best candidate experience during the recruitment process

Specific activity

Source potential candidates using different tools and recruitment techniques;
Perform pre-screening calls to understand candidates’ profile and motivation;
Update the candidates database and keep the hiring managers informed about the recruitment status;
Ensure a constant pool of candidates;
Offer feedback to the candidates at the end of the recruitment process;
Show assertiveness and empathy in communication;
Promoting company’s reputation/ take part in Employer Branding initiatives
